OK, I have done it. You can now specify the fill and outline colours for 
text subtitles, along with the thickness for outlines.

The old “rrggbb” hex colour-specification syntax is now deprecated in 
favour of much more powerful options modelled on those of ImageMagick. I 
didn’t follow ImageMagick’s notation exactly: in particular, absolute 
alpha values are not in the range 0.0-1.0, but 0-255, same as most other 
component values.

I’m in two minds about hue specifications: I have kept the 0-360 angle 
convention of ImageMagick for now, but I’m wondering whether to change 
this to 0-255 like every other colour component. Feel free to express 
opinions on this. :)

Of course percentages will also work for all components, and you can 
avoid having to worry about absolute values that way.

Anyway, please test out the new code and tell me what you think.
