Question about mini-dvds (DVDs on a CD)

Hi

I sometimes create mini-dvds, when I havn't  enough material to
justify a DVD, which are fine except for a minor annoyance.

Often when play gets to a new chapter, instead of moving to the next
chapter, it skips to the next one along ie:
goes from chapter 1 to chapter 3, instead of chapter 2.

Any idea why this occurs? (only happens on stand-alone players not PC's)

If I cant think of a solution I may look at adding psuedo < 1 sec
chapters, but this is very much a Kludge
