I have a question.
My previous expirience of making DVD was under Windows. And I've never
seen that VOB files was "corrupted" and not playable separately. But
this is the case for dvdauthor.

My question is why VTS_01_2.VOB looks like corrupted but still valid
when playing as a part of whole DVD?
I undestand that this might be normal behaviour. I've just never seen
such behaviour in any DVDs before.
Is there something special in dvdauthor or DVD specs?

To be more clear, I'll give an example:

I try:
   mplayer dvd/VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_1.VOB
and see that all is OK.

Then I do
   mplayer dvd/VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_2.VOB
and only sound is played.

I know that this is not the way a DVD disk is supposed to be played.

I'm just curious about why the second file is not similar to the first one?
