Thank you for the answer. Finaly, I have found the problem : spumux needs the -s x parameter to index the subpictures. This works: spumux -s 0 suben.xml < plume.mpg > plume_en.mpg spumux -s 1 subes.xml < plume_en.mpg > plume_en_es.mpg spumux -s 2 subfr.xml < plume_en_es.mpg > plume_en_es_fr.mpg spumux -s 3 subpt.xml < plume_en_es_fr.mpg > plume_en_es_fr_pt.mpg Now it works in both mplayer and vlc. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Nokia and AT&T present the 2010 Calling All Innovators-North America contest Create new apps & games for the Nokia N8 for consumers in U.S. and Canada $10 million total in prizes - $4M cash, 500 devices, nearly $6M in marketing Develop with Nokia Qt SDK, Web Runtime, or Java and Publish to Ovi Store http://p.sf.net/sfu/nokia-dev2dev
