dvdauthor-0.7.0

Since a recent update to dvdauthor-0-7.0 on openSUSE 11.3 from Packman-
repository, dvdauthor fails. There are 2 info/error which never occured 
before, and dvdauthor exits without building the dvd.

DVDAuthor::dvdauthor, version 0.7.0.
Build options: gnugetopt imagemagick iconv freetype fribidi fontconfig

INFO: no default video format, must explicitly specify NTSC or PAL
ERR:  Cannot use command line options after specifying XML config file

The older version dvdauthor-0.6.18 works fine in same circumstances. I 
reinstalled it from backup.

To generate a DVD without a menu I invoke dvdauthor in a shellscript:

dvdauthor -x /home/olaf/.dvdauthor/dvdauthor.xml -o $DVD\
 -v pal+16:9+720x576 -f $MPG

... with $DVD the outputdir and $MPG the muxed *.mpg-file.

The included XML-file is:
