I think k9copy will have to adapt and export the VIDEO_FORMAT
variable; otherwise dvdauthor won't work.

I think it's a good idea to have a default /etc/video_format for a
distro package, (Mandriva). I've also added the info about
video_format to the package description. WDYT?
