The relative ordering of the packets in the file is not important,
what’s important is the stream numbers. You can specify these in
<stream> directives to dvdauthor to match up with the language codes.

To test a DVD-Video structure, you need a proper DVD-Video player. Or
at least a proper emulation of one.

I have previously mentioned Ogle which, while it may be old and flaky,
should at least do a proper emulation of DVD-Video player behaviour.
