It won't build.  I get a syntax error in configure: 

./configure: line 6284: syntax error near unexpected token `2.6.0,'
./configure: line 6284: `AM_PATH_XML2(2.6.0, , as_fn_error $? "You must have 
libxml2 >= 2.6.0 installed" "$LINENO" 5 )'

If I delete that line (I have 2.6.2 installed), then configure runs to 
completion but then make fails:

So the short answer is I can't tell.  What I can say is that chapter placement 
worked perfectly in the not very recent past (maybe 12/18 months ago)
