Sorry, I should have asked you to ensure debug symbols were present
first. Then you will get line numbers and source file names, instead of
just hex addresses.

I take it this is the dvdauthor package that comes with Scientific
Linux? Is there a separate dvdauthor-dbg (or some such) package you can
install as well? That should have the debug symbols.
