DVD freezes on last frame

Hello guys,

I am trying to use dvdauthor for my own batch dvd creation.
using this very basic script:

<dvdauthor>
  <vmgm />
  <titleset>
  <titles>
  <pgc>
  <vob file="output.mpg"/>
  </pgc>
  </titles>
  </titleset>
  </dvdauthor>


I get a DVD which pauses on the last frame, instead of stopping. 
(software and hardware players)
is there something i am doing wrong?
