I suppose it would help if it displayed line numbers for the errors.
But by selectively commenting out blocks of your XML, I was able to
narrow down the errors to the following lines:

...
> </button> <button name="1"> { g0=button; jump "title 1"; } </button>
...
> title; } </button> <post> { g0=button; jump title ; } </post>
...
> </button> <button name="2"> { g0=button; jump "title 2"; } </button>
...
> title; } </button> <post> { g0=button; jump title ; } </post>
...

There shouldn’t be quotation marks around “title 1” and “title 2”. And
if you check the dvdauthor man page, you’ll see that “title” on its own
without a title number is not a valid jump target.
