DVD menu navigation advice.

Hi,
I have some educational videos that I would like to structure in a way
shown below. I want each video (title) to be individually accessible title
and yet, when the disc is inserted, I want the user to first see "higher
level" menu. That is, the menu should have links for Introduction,
Mathematics, Science and History.

Can you please give me a couple of hints on how to accomplish this with the
XML configuration file for dvdauthor ?
