No, title 1 is 2 hours and 9 minutes. When I take away the chapters complet=
ely, DVDStyler manages to get through the encoding normally.=20

OK, so you are defining lots of chapter points in title 1.
The next possibility is, perhaps the video is much shorter than you
think? If it was getting truncated, that might explain
why all the chapter points after the first one are ending up at 0.95
seconds.
