I would need store template in file structure whitch begin from root, named=
 by DVD name. Subdirectories should be named by titles and store chapters i=
n it by vob files [hard] linked to MPG files named as chapters.
I would like authoring process just hard link prepared VOB files - I would =
not like have title merged in 1GB VOB files - I would need every chapter in=
 separate file with existing limitation no more 9 chapters in each title in=
 case.

Example 1
I have many cam files. I would like make copies of these files to blue ray =
as is. It would be in file system:
root directory named, for example, TRAVEL
> subdir named as title name HOTEL
- copy of VTS_01_1.VOB from original cam DVD
- copy of VTS_01_2.VOB from original cam DVD
...
- copy of VTS_01_9.VOB from original cam DVD
> subdir named as title name OCEAN
- copy of VTS_02_1.VOB from original cam DVD
- copy of VTS_02_2.VOB from original cam DVD
...
- copy of VTS_02_9.VOB from original cam DVD

Example 2 based on video music clips.
I have copies of favorite clips from my DVD colection. It could be:
BEST OF ROCK (root directory - blue ray name)
> LED ZEPPELIN (sub directory named by title name)
- VTS_01_1.VOB
- BLACK DOG.MPG ([hard] link to VTS_01_1.VOB) - chapter name
...
- VTS_01_9.VOB
- ROCK'N'ROLL.MPG ([hard] link to VTS_01_9.VOB) - chapter name
...
> DEEP PURPLE (sub directory named by title name)
- VTS_99_1.VOB
- MASHINE HEAD.MPG ([hard] link to VTS_99_1.VOB) - chapter name

- VTS_99_9.VOB
