Partial sector error

I am having this error while i am trying to create a "DVD player" format Video DVD from a mp4 file.
It looks like create every folders for menu and so on, also the VIDEO_TS files, only the .iso will be missing.
I am using Arch linux, fully updated, ffmpeg also installed.
Here is my extraction from the debug file created on DeVeDeNG:

"Partial sector read" what is that error exactly? I could not find any information about trying googleing it.
