For the GoPros ... via PTP / USB they support only image transfer and deletion, but no remote control. The "new" webcam mode for the GoPro 8 BLACK uses a "virtual ethernet over USB" device, and not the PTP protocol which would have been way easier :/ Over wifi this would work, but we currently do not suppor GoPro access over WIFI, there are other projects however that do that.
