Is it says:

 > Device Capabilities:
 >        File Download, File Deletion, No File Upload
 >        No Image Capture, No Open Capture, No vendor specific captur

It doesn't support capture. Unless the vendor supports capture in their 
software, it's unlikely the camera has it and thus that anything can be 
done.

Fetching files from the camera should work though.
