Re: Camera disconnect

hi,

sometimes I had the same problem on some canon cameras. I use thos camera
to grab image remotely and upload on ftp server to have a kind of meteo
webcam. i dont know anything about your system but i can suggest a relay
that will switch on/off the camera when it has to grab the image. I use a
raspberry to manage the camera so is quite easy to use integrated gpio to
drive the relay but you can use a microcontroller like Arduino to make the
same work.
