From Googling it seems like manual focus on Nikons from libgphoto2
doesn't work. I had this bright idea that it would be good for focus
stacking so I spent half a day trying. Then I started Googling, but
maybe it's changed.

I can get the manualfocusdrive widget and do a gp_widget_set_value()
on it but nothing actually happens, no error messages or anything.
Found a guy who says it works if you turn the viewfinder on first, I
can't seem to make that work. I see a viewfinder widget and I can
change it from 0 to 1 and read back the value, but the viewfinder
doesn't go into Live View and manual focus still doesn't work.
Somebody says it works from gphoto2, that seems odd. I haven't dug
into gphoto2 source to see why there's a difference. I'm using the
libgphoto version 2.5.12-1 that's in Raspbian debs.
