burst w/o mirror click on Nikon 5XXX

Hello guys, could you pls suggest me how to implement seria of shots w/o mirror moving using libgphoto2 ? I'ts ok if it'll be w/o focusing, in manual focus mode. My goal is to minimize time between 2 shots. Now I have 160ms minimal time in between. But most of the time is related to mechanical mirror moving. Is it possible to do burst with mirror lock up?
