Apologies if this isn't the right place to post. I'm trying to use gphoto2 to send a command to a Nikon (D5300) to start Live View, however I’d like to get the camera's LCD to display the Live View for visual feedback. Essentially I'm trying to get the same thing to happen if one were to trigger the live view lever directly from the camera. I may be mistaken, but from what I can tell, the current functioality in the gphoto CLI allows for a "Live View" mode to be engaged using a capture-movie or capture-preview, but the camera's LCD will go blank. Is there any way to get the Live View output to display on the camera's LCD? Or is display out redirecting the Live View output entirely? Thanks in advance. Cheers, Alexx _______________________________________________ Gphoto-user mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/gphoto-user
