convert Canon EOS M into a webcam

Hi there, I am sorry I am new in gphoto. I have a Canon EOS M50 and I am Arch Linux user. I was able to download files from the camera and to connect it with Entangle to capture pictures remotely. I would like to know if there is any way to use the camera as a webcam with OBS Studio. There is a plugin developed for it obs-gphoto https://github.com/Atterratio/obs-gphoto but it is outdated.
