But my Shutter is already in Bulb in Nikon D5100.

However, I think in Nikon D5100 is it possible to do Bulb Capture by USB
... is it right?

Also in Canon 6D the Bulb Capture works but I am facing problem in
Exposure Time. I am used below command to set exact Exposure Time 3.8s.

gphoto2 --set-config eosremoterelease=Immediate --wait-event=3.8s
--set-config eosremoterelease="Release Full" --wait-event-and-download=2s

But when checking the Exposure Time on Camera as well as using ExifTool its
2.9s FYI, debug log attached.

Any advise in this regard please?
