Cannot see images using entangle

Hi

My system:

I am trying to use entangle as a management GUI for my Cannon EOS 4000D.

I have installed gphoto2 and can connect to it, list the image files and 
get the using the gphoto2 command line ok.

When I run entangle it does connect to the camera OK but does not 
display any of the images on the camera.
As I understand it the images should be displayed automatically - is 
that correct ?

Does any one know what the problem might be ?

Does anyone know how I can go about troubleshooting this issue ? I do 
not know where to begin.
