Hi Gphoto2 team,

Thanks a lot for your efforts in developing gPhoto2!

My name is Zaid, I am doing 3D-printing timelapses with Octopi and now trying to upgrade the camera to a digital one - Canon EOS M50, which seems to be supported in gPhoto2.

I have followed the instruction as per the video from FormerLucker: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J5SskYwP5JQ&t=303s - all installations went fine.

But I am not able to find the camera at all, below are screenshots for the versions & ports seen in Putty.

I have tried as many setting for the camera as possible while the camera on & active ( with / w.o. memory card, Manual/ Auto modes / connecting to different USB ports). I use the cable in different places so its working!

I also followed the steps in this link ( http://www.gphoto.org/doc/manual/FAQ.html#FAQ-find-camera ) . I am running Octopi on Raspberry Pi Board - 4B / 4x USB Ports.

Any idea or recommendations how to troubleshoot this issue?

Appreciate the help & thanks in advance!

Regards,
Zaid
