canon eso 1100 D live view

Dear all,

I hope, that someone will read this.
I have bought a secondhand Canon EOS 1100 D.
According to http://gphoto.org it should be working.
Taking pictures is no problem, but live view seems not to be possible.
Has anybody tried this so far?
