Sony Alpha A7 III - Setting BULB mode

Hi everyone, I'm a little bit in trouble with setting the bulb mode using
gphoto2, I tried with the command line --set-config shutterspeed=61, but it
didn't work. It raise the exposure until 30" then stops.

My necessity is to set only the exposure and not take a picture, and the
exposure should still be in bulb mode switching on and off the camera.

Which is the right method to do that?
