Announcement: libgphoto2 2.5.32 released

Hi,

sorry for the long delay... finally I found and fixed one severe
regression and also found time to do a new release of libgphoto2.

Highlights for this release:

- Meson buildsystem, parallel to the autoconf based one currently

- Large PTP driver cleanups / refactoring by Axel Waggershausen.
  Should not be visible to users, except the summary output of PTP
  driver was changed to be less verbose.

- Sony Imaging has published PTP datasheets for the Alpha cameras and
  even personally contacted me offering help where needed.
  (Lots of this information was already integrated and/or was updated to match
   documentation.)

- Apple QuickTake serial driver contributed by Colin Leroy-Mira.

Lots of thanks to everyone contributing!

Please report bugs, regressions etc as usual to the github tracker.
(I will try to catch up on it as time permits.)
