Configuring grip to work with lame

Hello, I installed lame and it works from terminal, but Grip just gives me an error message: "Invalid encoder executable Check your encoder config" I've set it to lame, encoder cmd line: --vbr-new -b 192 %s %d mp3 ... What's wrong? I'm using Fedora Core 3.
