new notification area icon patch

Hey All,
         A few months ago I wrote a patch to add a notification area
icon to grip.  I recently picked it back up, rewrote most if not all
of it, and am now posting it hear for comments and such.  The patch
applies with: 'cd grip-3.2.0; patch -p1 < path/to/patch'

Here is a list of implemented features:

* na icon ;-)
* Tooltips for playing, ripping/encoding, and 'idle'
* The beginnings of right-click menu

Here is what I plan on adding:

* Full right-click menu
* Show/hide main window with left-click


Also, a earlier variant of this patch was already added to the grip
sf.net page.  Any suggestions on how to handle this are appreciated.
