Config | Encode | Encoder | Encoder: lame

Of course you'll need LAME actually installed -- you probably have it,
but some Linux distros come without. If Grip doesn't find it in /usr/bin
, type "whereis lame" (no quotes) at yr command line to see where you
have it.

If that comes up empty, and yr distro's installer doesn't point you to a
recommended LAME version, try here:
