I believe it does. :)

Would the Disc filter command (config->rip->options) be what you're
looking for?

The help says:

    Disc filter command - This operates much like the Wav filter
    command, except that it is run once after an entire disc has
    finished ripping.

(I am running 3.3.1, but IIRC, this command is in 3.2 also.)
