If you click on the "Tracks" tab, don't you get a window with all the
tracks of your CD, similar to the left screenshot on
<http://www.nostatic.org/grip/>?

If you do get this window, either click on the Rip column header to mark
all tracks or click on some tracks (still in the Rip column). 

If this doesn't work, please tell us your Grip version (see the About
tab) and the version and name of your distribution.
