Nope.  I think that's the problem.  You want mp3fileformat (Encode
file format in the GUI) to be a format for the full path and filename
of your encoded file.  Something like this is probably more of what you
want:

~/ogg/%A/%d/%n.%x

Actually, I'd change the ogg part of that to %x (or to something more
generic, like music).  I'd do that for both the ripfileformat and
mp3fileformat settings.  It would seem odd to me to have mp3's in an
ogg folder.

Hopefully you'll soon be ripping away at your CD's and getting them
onto your Nano. :)
