To have the files put into a directory of
/Artist_name/Album_name/tracknumber_trackname.enctype you would use:

/%A/%d/%t_%n.%x

where %A = Artist_name
%d = Album_name
%t = tracknumber
%n = trackname
%x = enctype

Be sure to specify Encode file extension if you specify %x
