So do the track infos work now? If not: in the Config->ID3 tab there
are settings for ID3v1/v2 Character set encodings. I'm not sure whether
ID3v1 should be UTF-8, but the ID3v2 encoding probably should be UTF-8.

Look in Config->Misc - there are options "Do not lowercase filenames"
and "Allow high bits in filenames", both should be checked.
