coding doesnot start automatically

I'm running GRIP 3.2.0 with SUSE 11.0 (clean install).
I've been using GRIP for years now.
But it appears with the actual version, although requested ripping & coding=
, =

that the coding does not start automatically.
I've to reload the CD , select the tracks again and while skipping the ripp=
ing =

(trak ...  has already been ripped) coding starts.
I've tried to increase the priority, but that's for no use.
