Well. GRIP is not doing anything itself. It justs instructs other
programs to do the dirty work.

But you changed the hardware but failed to change the configuration of
your program. Just how do you expect any program to detect it now has to
use a SCSI drive instead of a ATA drive? GRIP is not about to do this
for you. It is up to you to make the change.
