Please have a look at your "Rip command line" in Config -> Rip ->
Ripper. Are there any differences from your command line usage of
cdda2wav? If yes (apart from the configuration (%) switches, which are
listed in section 4.8 of the help file), you could try changing these
switches until they work. When you are using cdda2wav from the command
line, you're not root, perhaps?
