[Helix-client-buildstatus] How to build Helix CVS code base by gcc4.1.1 toolchain?

I'm a newbie for Helix, I was trying to build Helix CVS code base with
GCC4.1.1 and GCC3.4.3 for SLED10 platform.
I failed to do so, and it seems that there are many complier
compatibility issues between Gcc4.1.1 and Helix CVS build system, the
image built out by GCC3.4.3 can't run on SLED10 either.
But in SLED10, I saw the RealPlayer 10.0.7.785 is built out. I'm
wondering what version of compiler of it.

All in all, if I want to use GCC4.1.1 to build Helix CVS source code and
run on SLED10 platform, how can I solve these compiler compatibility
issues?
