According to our database, you do not have access to restricted code
branches. For accessing restricted code you have to sign some license
agreements with helix community.

I built a guiplay for window (VC8) on HEAD, it could only play a local
MP3 file, both local wma and URL did not work. I had to manually add
some other targets to make the URL MP3 work, but local wma and URL for
aacplus and asx still did not work. All error codes were 0x80040011,
which of following defines?
