No, there is a client-restricted-dev though. helix-client-dev is an mailing list for people to get the most exposure. client-dev and client-restricted-dev are meant for issues under client/ module. The easy way to find out this information is to follow these steps: 1. Login to HelixCommunity.org. 2. Click on My Page. 3. Click on the applicable *-restricted project. 4. Click on Lists tab. 5.
