If you are using the Helix media engine (or the cayenne based
one) with RealPlayer for Windows, then you will find all of
the plugins that the engine uses in:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\
Most of the renderers and assorted plugins go into:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Plugins
the codecs in:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Codecs
If you are building the command line app 'splay' then
all DLLs go into one flat directory.
mp3fformat.dll: MP3 File format
mp3render.dll : MP3 Renderer.
