John, Currently our TrickPlay implementation does not play any audio, just video. You can play at any forward or reverse speed, but the audio is disabled during this time. No audio is decoded at all. I think that modifying our TrickPlay implementation to support this is a good idea, as this is the way that many other A/V players work, and I personally find this a useful feature, especially on audio-only players. However, we do not currently have any plans to implement this. I'll bring this feature up for discussion, and we'll evaluate it relative to the other features currently on the roadmap.
