network issue when play rtsp video by splay

Hello,
I checked out the 2008 Oct 25 source code and build it to support h263/MP4/RTSP, so splay is able to play video from mobile.youtube.com. Unfortunately, it only works at my home but not in my office.
It only shows a black window, no video and no audio in my office. After around half minute, splay will finish with the following output:

The video source is
rtsp://ehfg.rtsp-youtube.l.google.com/CigLENy73wIaHwl09qYijKAqvxMYESARFEgGUgxnZGF0YV92aWRlb3MM/0/0/0/video.3gp
It's mp4 format. splay shows the following information:
MimeType video/MP4V-ES
MimeType audio/MP4A-LATM
realplayer behave same. But other player (smplayer) can play the video in my office.
It's the same behavior if the video source is H263 format from the youtube.com
I connect to internet through a regular ADSL modem at my home and our cooperation network is used when I am in the office. It's the only different I can think about.
