Hi Simon, The HW code is only available under a specific license in the community; it is not available publicly. Without the license you will not be able to test splay with the HW accelerated codecs. If you are interested in acquiring a license, please send email to [email protected]. Hi, We're developing a device based around the Atom/US15W that needs to playback MPEG2 and H.264 videos. I found out at https://rp4mid.helixcommunity.org/ that helix has such an hardware-accelerated platform available, and confirmed with a representative that support for the US15w is present in Helix DNA Client. However, I'm pretty much at a loss on how to build an actual test player (splay, I guess) which would support the said hardware codecs. I've setup the build system, and I can build an splay that plays mp3 and other audio or video files, but don't know where to go from there. Any tips?
