Hello, I do not wish to post my message to the list but only to the moderator to look for an appropriate contact. Thanks, Harsh ________________________________ From: Harsh Verma Sent: Sunday, December 14, 2008 8:30 PM To: '[email protected]' Cc: Sachin.Srivastava Subject: Problem associated with a Mobile Application Development using Real Hi, We are developing a Symbian C++ application to play video files - complete MPEG-4 movie wrapped in a MP4 container and stored in the Mobile Memory Card(MMC) encrypted with our proprietary algorithm seamlessly on the mobile phone. We have used Real Player that is present in Nokia N95 and also the Symbian Internal Player (CVideoPlayerUtlility) with significant visual delays. We need the feasibility of constructing a mechanism through any publicly/privately available API's to achieve our goal. We cannot store the decrypted content on the mobile phone (private memory area/memory card) for security constraints. Once a chunk of Video is played then we'll have to dispose it off completely. Switching between 2 chunks of Video should not be visible to the user. This means that there should be no Jitter/Flicker/any type of Visual delay. I would like to request your help in this regard and can we have a telecon with you or appropriate technical teams?
