This is the proper list. Which other list are to referring to?

The mpg codec source code is restricted and is required to build mpgviddec.a
This restricted source is available under the Real Format Source Code
Porting and Optimization License.

Hello all!
Not sure it is proper list to ask my questions but looks like all others 
are dead. I have couple of questions about MPG data type:

1. I just downloaded and tried to build Cayenne, Atlas and Head branches 
of Helix DNA Client; Cayenne are fine but doesn't have MPG data type 
support at all, both Atlas and Head (after fixing some compile errors) 
gave me
'make[2]: *** No rule to make target 
`/Helix_Atlas/datatype_dist/mpg/codec/dbg/mpgviddec.a', needed by 
`dbg/mpgrender.so'.  Stop.'
 error. Where I could get mpgviddec.a?

2. According source code for now MPG File Format plug-in could deal with 
MPG Program Stream and System Stream. Is there any File Format plug-in 
(and may be File System plug-in) that could parse MPG Transport Stream? 
Could existing Rendering plug-in be used with it?
