The .flv file format plugin is datatype_flash_flv_fileformat
in datatype/flash/flv/fileformat. These targets are in
the HEAD, 310Atlas, and 204Cay BIF files.

If you don't already build them, you'll also need the

- MP4 audio renderer (datatype/mp4/audio/renderer)
- AAC decoder (datatype/aac/codec/decoder/fixpt)
