It looks like that nmake is not in your path. You need to make sure you run vcvars32.bat or equivalent script provided with Visual Studio. This script puts the Visual C compiler tools in your path. Also, I would not first try the helix-client-local-net-ra profile. This profile has not been maintained or heavily tested. I would first start with the helix-client-all-defines profile and first get that to build and run correctly. Then you can either look for a smaller profile, or pare down helix-client-all-defines in your own profile.
